2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Once the project agreement is signed, we advise clients to proceed with payments only if they are fully confident in the project scope, as we generally do not offer refunds.
- However, if a client decides to cancel the contract, they have a window of 48 hours from the time of signing the agreement to request cancellation and receive a refund for any payment made.
3. Decision-Making Period:
- We encourage clients to take the necessary time to review the project details and make an informed decision before proceeding with any commitments.
- Once the 48-hour window has passed after signing the agreement, no refund requests will be accepted.
